The Drapac Porsche Development Program is a privately funded enterprise established in 2003 that uses cycling as the medium to redefine the way athletes' measure success. Put simply, rather than creating mono dimensional athletes with a sole focus on medals or results, we look to create multi dimensional people by placing equal emphasis on athletic, career, personal and social development.
